Within all USW libraries we include computers with specialised software and workspaces that are height adjustable desks.
All library computers have Inspiration (mind-mapping) and TextHELP (Read & Write) software.
Identified computers have Supernova (screen-reader) software.
For the locations of these computers and height adjustable desks see the floorplans below.
SensusAccess – create accessible and inclusive documents in minutes
SensusAccess provides inclusion technology which allows students and staff to automatically convert documents into a range of alternate media including audio books (MP3 and DAISY), e-books (EPUB, EPUB3 and Mobi) and digital Braille.
SensusAccess can also be used to convert inaccessible documents such as image-only PDF files, JPG pictures and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations into suitable accessible formats.
Further information can be found on the DDS website.
